I'm normally just at 15% fhr(dungo+1x 5/5sc).
If I need some more I put on shadow dancers and another 5/5sc to hit 48%.
If I need even more I put on coa + the res to hit the 86% fhr bp.

Now for ias. IF you use pb you get enough ias from your grief pb. I think the max frames is at like 15-20% I forget.
With a zerker you need 40% on the greif and 20% on your gloves(or amulet if you want to be nub).

fcr isn't as important but I do keep a griffs on my v/t for added foh dmg+ fcr to keep up with those hdins that just run and spam.
I've seen ppl keep griffs+trangs gloves to hit the 75% bp(griffs+trangs+35fcr spirit)
