Okay. Good Evening Guys. I have to talk with you all. I talked to Nick about our guild and we came to the decision that we need to change something. The words now are a bit hard but it need to be. So our guild need to be more active to make us a name. Some of you guys just are in the guild to have the name "37 degree" that's not right. A guild is here to be a nice community but at the moment we aren't near to that. We got also a Ventrilo server and since we got this just 4 guys was there. (Me + Nick near every day, Lu sometimes and 1 time mapet if i know that right) And that can not be. We need to fix everything. More activity in the Guild chat and help each other. Some of you came into the guild were active and now? Nothing. No Posts in the Guildchat or no life sign. So please guys think about and tell us what you want to change. That's really urgent. You can Pm ofcurse Basti, Nick or me if you got any questions.

I totaly agree with that . It's not concerning all new members but the majority . Maybe what I'll say will be hard words but ...

There's much more randoms and less good guys in this guild mates than before [last 8 months] .

I hope you will fix this problem asap in order to save this nice guild .
