i went to jail kuz i was having a bad day and i got pulled over and had to get out of the car and i told the cop im not having a good and and do not touch me needless to say he touched me and i went to jail for assault on a government official
i had to take classes for my temper for a lil over a year which helped some but not alot i still flip out when provoked or agitated.
