in my book his story goes like this...

he was in the guild.
he was completely inactive.
he retained ties with people that were completely against the guild and ruined anything correlated with it.
his behavior was remarked as shady by people I closely trust.
he was informed that he was being removed.
he claimed there was no justification.
days later he was running around flaming me and in RBA.
all suspicions were confirmed by this.
nuff said.
