well , in 99% of cases doesn`t matter too much , cause the fbr frames are shorter anyway than the attacks
vs a rabies/fury druid or jabzon would worth shaeling the ss & stuff i guess ...

got 7 fhr on circ 40 on armor 12 on sk
so mosars should i soc 2 * 7 fhr add jools or 1 jool 1 sheal to get 1 higher fbr break?
ofc fill up rests with 5/17 scs to get 86 fhr

if you stated your sorc for mosar`s you should delete & remake
you should use whistan ... 55% fbr & shit

well , imo you should find fhr boots

40 on shael`ed que`hegan , 10 on boots = 50
2 fhr sks + 2 7/7/9/13 jwls = 88
