as for recruiting, i've said all i'll say for awhile in the notebox. i don't wanna clutter it up too much so i'll just leave what i said as the end of it with regards to "that guild".

if y'all want more info about the people that i listed, just ask. i've talked at length with several of them on vent, gubered with them, and even been in the same clan with some of them.

I'm thinking about buying a new processor.

My current configuration is:



Unfortunately, being a power user, I constantly taxing my CPU to the limits of its capabilities (even though it is overclocked almost 1 GHz). Quad core would solve my problems--I'd really like to wait for i7 to drop in price sometime in '09 and then redo my whole rig then (including a bump up to DDR3 and a new video card). Unfortunately, I am having trouble keeping my patience because it is becoming increasingly obvious how much my CPU is bottlenecking my "heavy" computer sessions.

What to do...? Worst thing is I have money to burn, so that's not even the issue. Sort of.
