if that's the problem it shouldn't start again till it cools to a proper temp
do you get any "blue screen error" when it restarts or it just does?
it could either be RAM or HDD problems, and as ziv said ,your pc's chip lacks some cooling paste (silicon based)
yeah, might be hd problem,
but from what i think he has all of his processor filled with dust, so it can't get descent cooling!!
It must be cleaned ASAP!
