just had a bad run at ring game
(for me it is a bad run coz i usually always win or 9/10 rings)

Bad run? No offense but you played terrible. You showed down with air twice and tried to bluff again? Use your rep to lay a monster. You calling stationed tons of hands with garbage draws. Then you proceeded to trash talk and spew half a buyin again.
There's no real excuse, If you're on tilt, go donk somewhere, even pros do it. If you weren't on tilt, you don't know anything about poker.
