I have spoken to him, but instead of repaying his welch, he told me he'd do it later (lol?), and now has spent the FG.

As far as I am concerned, not paying back a welch IMMEDIATELY is a scam. It is not a loan that you can pay off over time or pay off whenever you feel is appropriate to your d2 needs.

I'm letting everyone in this guild know that I have spoken to Jordan about thisseveral days ago, and no action was taken.

Basically, he held 500 fg upfront from 3 players (4, including himself), and lost the poker match. He did not send the fg to the winners.

Regardless of what this guild is based on he should be kicked. We need to maintain a high ingame and jsp reputation. If the guild has a scanner in it then it could deter others from joining.
