:P I KNOW bordered sigs are harder because I MAKE SIGS LOL.
Tons more work goes into bordered sigs. Hold on, I'll upload some pictures to help me explain.

Why? lol I could get ppl to come post my opinion too. honestly its am opinion and all about how much work you put into it. but generally transparent sigs are easier than bordered.
