britt we all need to try to vote faster ppl in the guild should help out by atleast voting thats why we vote on our members seriously but THE PENALTY IS GETTING DEMOTED you all payed your entry you wont get removed you will get demoted is all

you voted NO because chuck wants everyone to be active and participate more?

its unfair to members like pavo who have been up for vote for 2 and a half days and only accumulated 6 or so votes

but when pissed247 gets put up for vote bam bam bam 10-15 votes in a day

the point is, it doesn't matter who is being voted on, getr done
the result is the result and we everyone will have to live with

but when we have to base our acceptances on 6 votes, thats sad

i didnt vote on pavo yet because i didnt fucking know where it was a yes or no i was trying to compile a little info on him and look at some of his post etc, excuse me. and for the record i was going to vote yes he seems very gm and respectable and

on another note i voted on pissed right away because i really didn't want him in the guild and didn't need any further info.
