u cant go wrong though with doing some of that stuff everyday if u google any of those exercises they got videos all over
im personally against anything gym style exercise. people also dont always understand what muscle looks like. just cause your "ripped" dosent mean your strong. compact muscle strands are what you need then you build apon that and compress that again and so on till your truly strong.
imo, do natural daily things that you will use your muscles for in real life. if your in a rural area like me use less machinery and do more things manually (cutting wood is a great example)
if your in the city its harder for you because of the space but really you just have to be more creative. i do free running, which i wont call parkour because im not a crazy master jumpin from buildings like these guys that are incredible athletes haha. i do find more difficult places to run though and scale walls with as little use of my arms as possible. take up kendo or just basic use of a bokken if you enjoy sword play. incredible workout for your entire body especially your upper arms and hands.
but most importantly like i said, make sure its something you'll actually do naturally and eventually you'll be doing exercise without knowing it. and its FUN.
