2x 15 poind lead weights
those perfect pushup thingys
and a tree in my front yard with a branch hanging off the side that i can do pull ups on perfectly

yeah, i just play squash like 6 times a week
keeps me in shape for the most part

i would just suggest doing this its not bad if ur not going to the gym

jog 2-3 miles a day around you're neighborhood, or jog to a track if thats easier to keep track. when you are jogging if there is a pull up bar do as many pull ups as u can each time u pass a pull up bar, then continue jogging. if there are no pull up bars (if ur jogging on the street or something) every so often stop and do as many push ups as u can.

make sure u stretch before u go jogging, once u get done with the 2 miles and u get home do this.

(go for reps)
3-5 sets of push ups
5 sets of sit ups
5 sets of leg lifts
5 sets of crunches

if u have dumbbells or a pull up bar around you're house use them.

dumbbells:
5 sets regular curls
5 sets hammer curls
5 sets military/shoulder press

jump roping is really good too

if ur unsure about how to do some of the things i posted google it or just ask me.

I cant afford to go to the gym , To be honest , my family is poor , thanks to the power company fucking us out of shitloads of money

I will start jogging once i get some money to get running shoes , cause all the shoes i have are skateboarding shoes

If i dont go to the gym , its still possible to build muscle if i stick with it correct?

whats the differnce between situps and crunches?


Right now what i do is the following :

As many pushups as i can ( with my Perfect Pushup things )
As many pull ups as i can with the tree branch
As many situps as i can , i have my mom sit on my feet and i do them with my upper body off the edge of her bed

run in the skater shoes imo. if you can book ass in skater shoes you can run in anything (second only to heels im sure haha)

I suck at running in shoes

but barefoot , i can run a 4.4 second 40 ^^

you wont get strong if u don't go to the gym every week, you need to be dedicated if u go.

buy the running shoes and a jump rope cardio is very important jump roping is a amazing for cardio

these exercises will tone up you're muscles u will get stronger but not as strong if u just went to the gym, if anything u'll have more endurance from doing this stuff.

eh see ive always loved my shoes. im almost never bare foot (at the least have socks on) and even just walking on grass has always bugged me. unless its like completely cleared out of all rocks twigs and ect...

but yeah ummmm skate shoes are actually very good for your feet. lets them spread out in a more natural way. and if you buy good ones they still support your foot too so its not like your losing any of the pro's you get from running shoe support.

Well , i'll do what i can from home till i get a job ( applied for like 11x jobs in the last 4 days ) but like i said , cant afford a gym membership

and yeah , i'll buy the shoes n the jump rope as soon as i get money to

like i said , i'll do what i can from home with the stuff i have access too.

make sure u at least buy a jump rope in a meanwhile they are cheap too

u cant go wrong though with doing some of that stuff everyday if u google any of those exercises they got videos all over
