SPQR ONE VERSUS ONE TOURNAMENT
THE NO'S SECTION:
- No Hammerdin variants of any kind.
- No use of Life tap.
- NO HACKS THAT IMPROVE PVP ABILTIES ARE ALLOWED.
- No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed on any character.
- Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
- No mercenaries are allowed.
- No Guardian Angel Armors.
- No two pieces of Sorb or Max Resistance of the same Element.
- No More then 75% Poison Reduction is allowed.
- No Naked killing.
- No Hotspurs Unless Said Otherwise Under Characters (see below).
- No more then 85% Resistance to an Element.
- No Money Takers.
- No 100+ resist Shields.
- No Health pot's.
- No Holy Freeze (Vs Ias).
THE YES'S SECTION.
- Items that Grant Aura (Except Hf vs Ias).
- Only one item that grants an elemental absorb type is allowed.
- Only one item that Grants Max %+ Resistance or skill allowed. Lo Lo helms count as one piece of sorb (same goes with the other runes that do the same thing for other elements).
- A maximum of 451 poison damage is allowed from charms for all Ias characters.
- No Cap on R/w.
- No Cap on IAS.
- There is no restrictions on in-game techniques(IGA, legit farcast, etc)*
MISC SECTION:
- Upon starting duels agree to WSG as allowed or not.
- Duels take place in Blood Moor, Hell Difficulty. Monsters are to be killed prior to starting the duel.
- One Person says "Go" from each team to begin dueling.
- Leaving the Dueling Arena during a duel is considered a loss NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No Disappearing off your Opponents Map for more then 10 Seconds = Auto Loss.
- No overly defensive play (100% teleport off screen as soon as you're on their mini map).
- No avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking.
- No casting of traps/missiles before both players say go.
- No extended use of houses.
- No stacking mana potion's.
- No strength glitching. When you are killed, you should be able to pick up your body with no problems.
- If you cannot afford a full inventory of charms, any leftover space is to be filled with ID scrolls.
- You are allowed one trip to the stash after two duels take place to change gear. You should come to the game ready to duel with whatever you have on.
SORC-SPECIFIC RULES:
- No Max Resist/Absorb allowed if you're using Energy shield.
- No Pre Buffing ES. Using a cta staff or having memory on your switch is ok, but you cannot go back to your stash and switch to cta/spirit etc.
- May Use Doom.
- No using mana potions with ES. You are required to fill your belt with ID scrolls when using ES.
NECRO-SPECIFIC RULES:
- Recast of Bone Armor Is Allowed.
- Bone Prison is allowed vs. anything that can Teleport.
- All Curses allowed Except Iron Maiden, Life Tap, Decrepify.
- NO Corpse skills are allowed.
- Fire Golem+ Dwarf Star is allowed(not vs fire trappers).
- Hot Spurs are allowed.
- No Overly Mass Defensive IBS Spamming.
DRUID-SPECIFIC RULES:
- No Thunder Gods.
- No Snow Clash.
- Wisp Protector and Dwarf Are allowed.
- Recasting Cyclone, Wolfs, Sage, Ravens, and Hurricane Are allowed.
- Wind druids may not use hotspur's.
ASN-SPECIFIC RULES:
- Dual Claw Assassins can wear 1 Raven or 1 dwarf.
- Hotspurs Allowed on Non-Dual Claw Assassins.
- No Left Click Modding.
- No Prebuffing Skills.
- Dual ClawAssassins may not use tgods or hotspurs.
BARB-SPECIFIC RULES:
- No Prebuffing.
- 2 Raven Frost Allowed.
- 1 Raven if stacking.
AMAZON SPECIFIC RULES:
- No Battle Orders allowed in 1vs1 (Zon vs. zon).
- Hotspurs allowed (Bowzons only).
- Slow Missile is not allowed.
- 2 Raven Frost Allowed.
PALADIN SPECIFIC RULES:
- Using a Resistance Aura Counts as a Sorb Item.
- Cleansing and Meditation are allowed.
Entry fee is payable to NinjaFitz (10 fg).
Duels will take place in nightmare.
Players are to clear the blood moor of all monsters to make sure they don't interfere with the duels.
Each person in the tournament will duel each other, first to 5 kills. Draws can either count as 1 kill per side, or no kills per side. This should be decided upon before the match begins. Points are given out as follows:
Winning the match: 6 points.
Losing by 5 kills: 1 point.
Losing by 4 kills: 2 points.
Losing by 3 kills: 3 points.
This is to make sure that players who may have a significant class disadvantage to another player are not eliminated from the tournament early on. Whoever has the most points after everyone has dueled each other is the winner of the tournament.
