i have no idea how to work this damn photo shop lol and i got photoshop cs4 portable.... is that good or bad?

i have cs4 portable and photoshop is the most confusing program ever. it took me forever to figure out anything and im still learing

you have to open the picture and then render it using the pen tool the select it, copy it, paste it in a new 400x150 box
