ok so my power flickers on and off. I have two computers one stays on when power flickers. The other restarts. why does one restart and the other stays on

the one that restarts is the one i always use.

I finally have 2 internet connections (soon to be 3 connections one for each computer), only to suffer through having a single laptop until my furniture arrives in Guam.

Soon I can help level on West again (East is almost ready also).
