^ ^ most ppl think its gear based but its really not, skills by far determine the outcome of duels

You use a 500 fg char I'll use a 10k fg character...

it be based on both!

theres a difference between no gear and fully geared

what i mean is someone w/ plain lifers and imperfect gear (still fully built) can still beat someone with 45 lifers and all 100% perfect gear

its much more skill based than it appears to be, you just have to spend alot of time dueling many opponents



and yes it is, its a good combination between the both which is why I love this game so much

Those kind of characters are just poorly balanced with other characters..

D2 is an out dated game with an out dated play style.

out dated yes

but the play style (namely the pvp aspect) is very unique and very good. it absolutely requires skill or you will not succeed, at all. and its VERY fast paced which is hard for alot of ppl to handle. its MUCH faster paced than 90% of the newer games out today, which is why Ive stuck with it for so long
