When using Tiger Strike & Dragon Claw, is the damage bonus from Tiger Strike applied to just the initial hit or to both?

pretty sure its just the first hit

i know it on arreat summit that it applies chargups twice when using dragon claws, but i've never seen it do it

imo use tiger strike + dragon tail

Tail uses boot damage, not weapon damage, so I'm not sure how well that'll work out.

put on some myrmidon greaves, dual bartucs, some + skills gear and a couple skillers and do 60k fire damage

I did a quick test with PPR's calc and using a crazy eth War Fist, I could do like 1.5k+ damage per hit.
After PvP penalty.
And 50% DR.

hmm, sorta sounds impressive.
but you have to hit 3 times before that within a timeperiod
