I would draw a diagram but I will just describe it.

So the new restaurant that was build was built pretty stupid and construction in the way didnt much help, so I was stocking the freezer with meats and etc, about 20 boxes of 40lbs of meat in each. the cart came off the triuck and it was damn heavy so I had to pull it off going west then I had to pull it back up south. so i started using the inertia from the cart coming off the truck and I moved it too far to the right when I started making the turn and BANG, right over the toe.

e:\ I wasn't paying attention to my footing :(
