1.Call him asking him to pay or 2.
2. Talk to the company who engage guys like him. And ask to pay. then do what they want with him. or If they dont want 3.
3. Calling the Worker Norms. --> They will make they pay me + give them an Amend ++ so I think that 2. Seems to be the best option.

company wont do shit. tell the guy to either pay you or he can speak with your lawyer. Don't worry about having one. You can find one easilly if needed and chances are the sound of a lawyer will scare him into paying you.

Its not a company its a Franchise .. Its like people who engage contractor ( like my boss) so if he don't pay me.. im calling the franchise .. if they dont do shit.. its the Norm.. and the norm will help im 100% sure..
