I need to be able to swim underwater for 20 meters, without surfacing
I need to be able to swim above water 500 meters, in under 15 minutes
I need to be able to do a mile and a half run in under 11 minutes
I need to be able to do at least 10 chin ups, in under a minute
I need to be able to do 40 or more flutter kicks, in under two minutes
I need to be able to do 40 or more push ups, in under two minutes
I need to be able to do 40 or more sit ups, in under two minutes

all of that in order, without stopping, no rest.
it might seem easy to some of you who workout n shit, but I never workout, all I do is ride a bike.

I want to be able to do that shit easily too, like it's nothin
anyone got any advice or anything?

not tryin to bulk up or anything.

build up you stamina by running 30 mins a day...A DAY dont break ive been working out for years.i run for 3 hours non stop now...just keep working..and drink some protein shakes as well itll help your stamina and such

just run away fro social situations.

that's what i've been doing all my life and i can run for a couple hours straight now.
