The bird you have photographed eating from hands are black capped chickadee's and there favourite food is black oil sunflower seeds. The only other bird I have seen do this is the white breasted nuthatch but a lot less common that the chickadee. As for warblers, any place where there is lots of trees and bushes and if there is water nearby even better. Warblers are curious and will come closer towards you when you spish them.
