I got this

Click "start"
Click "run"
type "cmd"
You should get a black, dos-looking screen
type "netstat -n"
you should get a lot of numbers
look for the number next to 4000
this should be your ip so:
43.12.345.121:4000
121 is it

If you just download the soj count reporter you can check the box to display the ip address in your window title. ^^
