and Matze promised me to give me +28 dex charm, but he didn't

I saw on mp, +23 dex, but now its gone...

what wep should I buy now? i have a good wep i think... 70ed?

dex charms / armors are nice and he still use his charm on his rogue ^^
there are allready nice weaps with high ee for sale which aren't so expensive .. just keep your eyes tracked on the hc trade section
