3-5 exercises for the muscle you're working out, then 1 exercise that is used when u work out you're main muscle.
you're week should look like this, i also like to do abs ever other day
monday
3-5 chest, 1 tricep, 2-3 ab, cardio
tues
3-5 back, 1 bicep, 1-2 lower back, cardio
wed
3-5 shoulder, 1 chest, 2-3 ab, cardio
thurs
3-5 bicep, 3-5 tricep, 1-2 lower back, cardio
fri
3-5 leg, 2-3 ab, 1-2 lower back, cardio
and spread that out throughout the week.
the work out you are doing now sucks, you're gona end up hurting you're self you're muscles need to rest its better if u work out one group each day.
also remember u need to move up, don't stay at the same weight for to long. u want to be able to do like sets of 12,10,8, depending on what you're doing sometimes u should do sets like 10,8,6 (like bench press)
i try to do 3-4 sets on what ever machine i'm using for fourth set i drop the weight down a little and go for a light set. but for all the other sets i try and set the weight so that i can just do 10, 8, 6, or 12,8,10.

Monday to friday im at school from 8h30 to 2h30.
Wednesday I work from 3h to 10h pm. so I dont go to gym
Friday same thing.. Saturday I work .. and I dont want to go to the gym the morning cause I feel more like relaxing hehe. a day off.
and Sunday.. Gym and see gf.. so I got only 3-4days that I can really go to the gym. If I got time...And I feel like too hehe.
i dont have 5days to do a Complete training like you..
But Thanks I will make a you training by the week hehe mostly tonight I think.. would you help me.. I need a new training new exercice..
