lol I swear sometimes it feels like im only working out so I can has a gg protein shake.

Fck chocolate Whey is so Tasty.


Also putting in some BCAA (or whatever) and glutamine

haha thats how i feel sometimes i need to have a shake after i work out

i make mine with chocolate whey, 1cup of 2% milk, 2 big ass spoons of peanut butter, half a banana, and a cup of ice.

hehe same thing..
I decide to change something.. I take my bike to make a good Cardio.. I have gone to the gym in bike.. around 5-10min . going and comeback so a 20min of bike..
then I made shoulders + chest..
Im going to make a protein shake after supper
protein QuickMass vanilla ofc ^^ Want to finish this beast :)

wait u work out both of them on the same day ?

or do u do 3-5 chest things and one shoulder exercise?
