hmm, max lifee(for rare) and 14dex is nice, and i've seen rings like this go for over 1k.. but also i've seen them go cheaper as well so i'd say go get a good pricecheck from someone thats more experienced at pc's. Or you could wait for more opinions from guild. Theese pc's have always been hard for me :/
