99/99 mb setup doesn`t need strenght on ammy , dex/life combo ftw ... and 163 setup usually needs 18+fcr on amulet , so this wouldn`t be that sweet as it looks

didn't pay much for it, but why doesn't 99fcr need str? if it's a full 99/99 setup, 29str is more stats than 20dex, and i could use ring 10fcr 15dex 3xlife instead of 10fcr 20str 15dex now
