im exhausted...

worked out for about an hour

rugby practice
and wrestleing practice...
then walked 2 miles home

every inch of my body is sore

my ears hurt.. my toes hurt ... i have 4x bruises .. i got the skin peeled off my knee from somebodys cleats
head is hurting cause i got slammed down and head hit mat really hard ( still won the match .. when he slamed me down ( i was on top of him .. got his legs up under me and kicked me up and slammed me down ) i used that momentum to snap back u and got him in a arm bar and made him tap )

now im about to get in the shower
