Good evening COT,

So i think it's time for me to start checking out the next car i "need" to buy after this winter.

My current minivan is 15 yr old and start to give some unpredictable problems.

I was thinking of getting a small sub-compact - Toyota Yaris sedan, or the Honda Fit. I'll miss my minivan b/c i used to and still carry lot of lumber, tools but it's time to change to something more eco-friendly.

What do you guys/girls think?

I have no idea what I would buy if I were about to do that -(

Sara's Mazda 3i Hatchback is a pretty neat car. I don't know if it has enough space for your lumber, but with the hatch and fold down seats, it's got a ton of room back there. It's fun to drive and I haven't had a single problem with it yet.

There's a lot of Mazda marketing on Canada tv.
How long have you been driving the Mazda3?

My last new cars was American as I wanted to support local manufacturers cars but both of them start to give problem after the warranty is up and mine were not a lemon at all.
I don't see me carry any big big stuff anymore - my hardwood is done ( took me 2 trips on the van to get all the hardwood home ), deck is done also... only small project only.

Hehe Jon, with Toronto traffic and parking you'd better off with a one of these, they're tiny and cute. There's also the super-cute Smartcar 4two... :D
