No you did over priced it
I sell 130+ shakos for 2 fg each and 140 shakos for 5 fg
he had the right to say no

Well, this is a big guild, to start off with...

Not all people know TPK rules/regs but is the more challenging way to go.

If you feel like dealing with explaining to these guys what it takes to TPK, I'd lean more towards that.

Otherwise, the other option is just bringing in any char(except the bm chars to the max, ie foher's and yadda yadda)

Could go melee vs melee caster vs caster svs pvp zvz yadda yadda.

If he simply said "no" I wouldn't care.

Fact is he didn't just say no, he made some drama out of it.
