Yup I pretty much know what to do, my dad helps me sometimes. Since ive jsut restarted working out, well i use that Cardio+abs+ lower back training as a transition.

u should do that stuff in combination with weight training, no excuses imo. the great thing about fat is its all potential muscle i can't see why u would not wana start weight training right away seeing as u want to get rid of fat and the best way to do that is by converting it into muscle.
u should do 30 mins of cardio then start lifting weights do abs lower back and head home.
when it starts to get warmer out the u should do a cut once u have more muscle, u would look a million times better if u did that and feel. u should go jogging outside do 2-3 miles around ur neighborhood 5 days a week once it gets warm out.
thats what i'm doing at least i would recommend that u do the same.
