I have just spent a little to much time experimenting on necromancers o.O I never really tried blackbog because of it's lack of OW/DS/CB, although DS doesn't matter much because low physical damage already, and CB helps little, but OW is awesome for PvP, I suppose you could UM your blackbog or something since it already has decent IAS.
