Listing fee is being removed.
Transaction fee is being increased to 1.25 Beta Bucks.
Minimum listing price is being raised to 1.50 Beta Bucks.
You will be limited to 10 active auctions per auction house.

With the removal of the listing fee, players will no longer need to worry about whether they’re going to run out of free listings for the week. In addition, introducing a limit on the number of active auctions means players won’t feel as though they should be trying to sell everything they find, potentially flooding the auction house with unwanted items. Under this new system, players will only pay an auction house fee if and when an item actually sells. This has the main advantage of allowing players to try to sell their items risk-free. In addition, because the transaction fee is already baked into the price when an item is listed (as part of the minimum listing price), it’s no longer possible to be in a situation where you don’t have enough Battle.net Balance to list an item, forcing you to have to charge up your Balance just to attempt a sale. We think this will be a much cleaner process for selling items and will ultimately lead to a better experience when using the currency-based auction house.

Megjelent hivatalosan a 13. béta patch a Diablo 3 történetében. Röviden összefoglalnám mit is újítottak Jégesőék a játékon.

• Először is, ahogy azt a korábbi nagyobb patcheknél megszokhattuk, most is töröltek minden nemű eredményt (achievementek, karakterek, gold, tárgyak, követők stb).
  
  
• Ezentúl egy Intelligence pont 0.1 ellenállást ad majd karakterünknek.
  
  
• Az aukciós házat újra igénybe lehet venni azonban most már egyszerre csak 10 aktív ajánlatunk lehet.
  
  
• Elérhetővé vált továbbá a nyilvános Bnet chat, valamint lehetőség van most már WoWosokkal és SC-sekkel is beszélgetni hála a cross-game támogatásnak.
  
  
• A képességek felületén is változások történtek ugyanis a skilleket 3 fő kategóriába sorolták be: primary (gyengébb támadás, de erőforrást generál), secondary (erőforrást fogyaszt, de erősebb támadás), defensive (védekező, menekülő skill). Ezeken felül létezik még egy pár klaszspecifikus kategória erre itt (http://us.media1.battle.net/cms/gallery/7618YO99GW3Q1329351802329.jpg) egy kiváló példa. Ha nem vagyunk már vér pistikék, hanem sokkal inkább a halálosztó brigád tagjának érezzük magunkat, akkor lehetőségünk van a “kiválasztó módot” aktiválni, melynek segítségével teljesen testreszabhatjuk skilleink kiosztását, ahogy ez a barbár is megcsinálta például ezen (http://us.media5.battle.net/cms/gallery/VXGZ9BJ18G7G1329351785865.jpg) az ábrán.
  
  
• Szintén mérvadó változásnak tekinthető a skill rúnák megjelenése. Ha karakterünk szintet lép akkor bizonyos képességek elérhetővé válnak számára, (ahogy ezt megszokhattuk) azonban ezzel párhuzamosan egy újabb kattintással ki is választhatjuk az UI-n melyik rúnához párosítjuk az adott képességet (http://us.media2.battle.net/cms/gallery/N9DNE6MT9ZGJ1329351793597.jpg). Vagyis a jól megszokott D2-höz képest a rúna nem tárgyként szerepel a játékban, hanem a skillrendszer szerves részeként. A rúnáknak nincsenek szintjeik, clvl 6-tól bátran használhatjuk.
