http://forums.d2jsp.org/streams.phpI finished up a new feature for you all that is currently in beta testing that I wanted to share with you. It is a Live Streams indexing page, that works similar to the Photo Gallery. There are some key differences:
- To add a stream costs FG. This is to ensure maximum quality of streams and streamers
- The ability to add a sponsorship to your stream, which in turn increases the listing ranking (sort order). This feature also gives you 10% of the FG people pay towards donating to your stream to increase it's ranking.
More features will be added, such as filtering by online/offline, as well as by Game or text searches, once more actual streams are added, and we can see how usage will be amongst the d2jsp userbase.
As far as where this will go navigation wise, my current thought is to change Photo Gallery in the top left to
Photos &
Streams, where each will link to the corresponding area.
If all goes well, will release it publicly ASAP. (It currently is accessible by all users, provided they have the link, but sharing it directly here with your all first.)
