Finesse and technique are all very well and good, but when it comes to actually getting something done DDoS is your man (or, well, program). Brute force over subtlety wins out as this rampaging program garners the strength of it's allies in order to wage full out war on the enemy servers. Nobody knows when it will strike again; but the fear of impending DDoS attack creeps over the enemy lines like a large...creeping thing. :devo:
Initiate Attack [Q]
DDoS prepares itself to launch a series of attacks at the enemy heroes. All allied heroes on the map have the chance to link in as part of this program, reducing their attack and movement speeds as a result. DDoS gains bonus damage and attack speed depending on the amount of allies linked in.
Lasts 4X seconds, where X is the amount of linked allies. Grants 10/15/20/25X damage.
Service Denial [W]
DDoS is constantly spewing forth waves of constricting data. Enemies within a 500 radius have a chance to become overwhelmed with information overload whenever DDoS is near an allied hero. Also passively slows enemy attack speed.
Enemies have a 3/5/7/9/11% to be stunned for 1.5s and have their attack speed slowed by 10/20/30/40%
Ping! [E]
DDoS bombards a server with pings, attempting to confuse and destabilise the mainframe. Targets an area of 800 radius. All enemy heroes while they remain in that radius are overwhelmed by the constant pings. Their minimaps light up with thousands of pings and their movements become slightly erratic. (Similar to :damp: first skill, but with control lost only occasionally). Enemy heroes also take damage if they remain in the area.
Lasts 4 seconds. 30/60/90/120 damage per second.
Overload [R]
DDoS goes all out to overcome the defences of a single server. Target enemy unit cannot move until DDoS finishes casting or the system is rebooted (an optional 'suicide' move). While casting this DDoS can still attack and move; the skill drains mana for every second the enemy is held.
Drains 50 mana per second. 1200 range.
