This mob is idiotically hard if soloing ZG at 80. The Axe Flurry is an unstoppable 10 second stun during which any other mobs attacking will do massive damage (since you can't block/parry/dodge when stunned).
Be sure to pull these solo if you can possibly help it or just avoid them entirely.

Can Stun those under the effects of Divine Shield.

These guys were never designed with the solo level 80 in mind. Since you are the only target they're always hitting you and with 2 or worse, 3 of them up you can be perma stunned until dead.
Level 80 Feral druid 32k Health and 33k Armor dead in about 20 seconds due to 3 of them chaining this. I couldn't manage to kill even one of them so I have to start over again...
I solo'd Hakkar with my eyes closed but I can't kill trash ><
