They lobby 10 men, so they can use balanced shuffle. Then there will be 2 teams. Each team has 1 party owner who will invite 4 other guys.
Then they get out of the lobby, they have 2 teams balanced. They find match with the same settings: all pick, same server, maybe dubai, south africa, peru... etc, language setting might be weird (korean, chinese...etc), classic/themed map.
If 2 parties have a game at the same time, party owner will tell everyone to accept, if not, someone will decline and wait for it.
