Let's just spell this out for those who haven't already figured it out:

The "Mystery team" of WEC is also signed up for StarLadder (Secret Team): It's not Na`Vi and it's not Alliance.

It has two TI winners, Puppey from Na`VI and one from Alliance.

Puppey is sticking together with Kuroky. This should be obvious as they leave Na`Vi together.

PPD stated n0tail and Fly are sticking together and playing on a "new team". This team is the Mystery team.

Two players from Alliance that pop up the most in rumours of joining other teams is s4 and EGM.

EGM is trying out things with Team Tinker as a replacement for Xcalibur.

Mystery team is Ppy, Kuro, n0tail, Fly and s4.

This leaves Alliance needing two more players and Fnatic needing three new players since Fnatic just announced Era leaving the team. Both teams already have their replacements, but that's not public information yet (Alliance is pretty easy to figure out though).
