Basic Tournament Rules:
1. Each player can only use 1 character to advance from the group stage.
2. Should any player forfeit all his groupstage duels, I will replace that player where possible, with a suitable replacement.
3. Should any player complete at least 1 of his groupstage duels and forfeit the rest, it will count as an auto-win for all remaining opponents. (3 points gained).
4. Remaking a character after completing your first duel is a disqualification. Also, you may not have a "mule char for gear/charms".
5. 14 day timeout for entire group stage. On request this can be reviewed.
6. 7 day time out for each knockout round. On request this can be reviewed.
7. Lag is not a valid excuse for restarting the duel, unless both parties agree.
8. Apart from the class specific rules (see druid and barb) teleport charges remain banned.
9. The player(s) with the most points in each group advance. The points are distributed as follows:
win 5-0 = 4 points
win 5-x (where x = 1,2,3 or 4) = 3 points
lose 4-5 or 3-5 = 2 points
lose 1-5 or 2-5 = 1 point
lose 0-5 = zero points

General Rules:
10. Each person says .g before any form of attack.
11. No overly defensive play by casters / Missile users. (90% or more teleport off screen as soon as you're on their mini map)
12. Unless expressly agreed prior to the start of the duel, players may not afk for more then 5 minutes.
13. No hacks, pots, shrines or mercenaries.
14. Cannot use stash to Pre-Buff (Cube Allowed).
15. In any situation where both persons die from each other, the person that died first, lost. you died first for a reason.
16. Life Replenish Is Capped At 25 vs every build except es sorc's and paladins.

Resistance Rules:
17. Anya res is not counted towards your total allowed res.
18. Every non-es build can have a maximum of 250 cold res. ES builds can have a maximum of 150.
19. The maximum fire res any char can have is 85 or 1 item of absorb, but class specific rules (see below) can overide this rule see below.
20. Necromancers may use a maximum of 85fire res + 1 item of absorb vs ESFB ONLY.
21. 80Fire res is the maximum any character can use vs a WoF Assassin
22. ESBlizz may use 90 fire res vs ESFB ONLY.
23. Thundergods Vigor is not allowed vs Java's or Light sorc's that only have 1 point in the skill Thunderstorm.
24. Paladins, Barbs, Druids can use Thundergods vigor vs Light Assassin. Bowazons, Necro's and Sorc's may not.

Duel Arena:
25. No extensive use of houses allowed.
26. Duels will be ft5 in blood moore
27. NEW: Use of bridges is banned.
28. Leaving the Dueling Arena (bloodmore) during a duel is considered a single loss. NO EXCEPTIONS. (this includes being knocked into town, bad tele, dropping from game, running out of arrows etc. you can prepopulate the arena with arrows.)

Curses and Banned Spells/skills/builds:
29. Pure Foher's, Auradins and fc zons are currently banned.
30. There is no restrictions on in-game techniques(IBS, IGA, hammer-fields, WSG etc)* (apart from manual fc and nl ww which are banned).
31. Knockback from item is banned.
32. Slow in any format is Banned. (golum may not be used vs barb, shape dudu or melee pala)
33. NEW: Conviction, Cleansing, Boneprison, Slow Missile, the active user of Prayer, Passive Vigor Charge are all currently banned.
34. Insight is allowed on anything that does not use energy shield.

Class Specific Rules
Barbarian
35. The Item Thundergods Vigor is allowed ONLY vs Assassins that use the skill "lightning Sentry and Sorcs that have put more then 1 hard skill point in the skill "Thunderstorm"
36. NEW: If Barbarian chooses to use tele vs ESFB, there are no limitations on the ESFB side (MAXBLOCK ALLOWED) and barb may only use 85% res.
37. If Barbarian chooses not to use teleport, then ESFB can have a maximum of 40% block.

41. NEW: Passive vigor charge is banned, but active (Vigor Charge-to-hit) is allowed.
