Thank you for contacting me and I'm so sorry for the delay in processing this ticket.
First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time of the day to write in to us about this report and we will be documenting this. I understand that you have been experiencing sort of an inconvenience lately due to how players are being a troll or if not, refusing to cooperate but without due process and enough evidence, we can't easily issue a permanent ban right then and there. It takes a number of warning and temporary suspensions for one to merit this and I understand the need for players such as these to be banned. Players change overtime when they are given enough chances and we here at Riot Games believe in this spirit and as such, we have made temporary suspensions as warnings for these offenders and if ever these does not change their deed, then of course, we will move to a more severe punishment. Don't worry and I know I'm not supposed to divulge on how some of the things work but for every report a player makes via Player Support, we always do document them and use them as future reference if ever in the event these names will pop up again in the Player support service but as always, we can never disclose any sort of punishment.
As a player I share your frustration with unfair losses. Unfortunately the system disallows the removal of leaves or losses or the manual editing of League Points. It was built this way in an effort to prevent corruption. We are working to improve it to better accommodate technical issues though. I realize many of these are out of your control, and I don't want them to reflect negatively upon you.
The "Loss Prevented" that sometimes appears in match history is only applied on a server wide basis due to server instability/lag. It cannot be applied to individual accounts. We do our best to prevent the losses during these periods but if you were missed I cannot retro-actively apply "Loss Prevented".
