While we know it's disappointing to some folks, we don't currently have plans to add a DPS meter to Diablo III. Our team feels that something like a DPS meter puts too much focus on just one aspect of the game. Diablo is a combination of activities - you have to pay attention to not just the amount of damage that you're doing, but your toughness, healing, movement, how you aim certain abilities or skills, or your positioning.

Nem azt mondom, hogy a legjobb item a játékban, csak gondoltam one-uppolom RRC-t.

de a cooldown reduce jobb mint az attack speed.
kevés olyan build van, ahol ez fordítva van.
főleg str mainstatnál

Amúgy nekem is sokkal jobb lenne cdr, mivel wdn egy darab spellem nincs, ami nem cooldownos.
Viszont tetszik a gyűrűn a perf int/cc és a majdnem perf cd, számomra ez az eddigi legjobban rollolt item, még ha nem is túl hasznos.

Once the buff is disabled tomorrow morning, you will find that the new base line drop rates for Legendary items will be the same as those you have all enjoyed for the last week.
