No it has not been moved to Act V, it still drops from Chiltara in the Caverns of Frost. There is a bug in play that has lowered the drop-rate dramatically so that it is now even rarer than it was before, but it still does drop. The current drop-rate is not intended and we are looking into fixing it, but there is no ETA yet though.

If you're farming Frozen Blood then you might glad to know that we plan to increase Chiltara's spawn rate in an upcoming patch. We don't have an ETA for the patch yet, but it is being worked on!

Note that this change will only increase her spawn chance. The drop rates for the Gibbering Gemstone, Urn of Quickening, and Frozen Blood will remain the same.

Azt mondja, hogyha nem sérülsz 5 másodpercig, akkor minden forrásköltséged 30%-kal kevesebb.
Jól hangzik? Not bad.
Akkor még nem is beszélte a bugjáról, miszerint sérülsz orba-szájba, close to death satöbbi, a sapka buffja elfelejt lejönni. Csak mert van rajtad 2 Unity (merc és rajtad).
Csak a frozen blast és a Poison veszi le.

Bug: Currently the effect will not be lost if you have a Unity Ring equipped on both your follower and yourself. Combined with the follower tokens that makes them immune to death you will have almost 100% up time on the reduced resource cost. Certain monster affixes such as Frozen however will interrupt it. This will most likely be fixed in a future patch.

Kreálok egy gamet, akkor már előre meg van határozva, hogy mit kaphatok?
Elkezdem farmolni a riftet, esik egy legendary amire annyira vágyok. Király, 34es, lófaszt nem ér, de jó, hogy ezt akarom.
Odamegyek Kadalához, reménykedve, hogy majd ad nekem olyat. Mi van akkor, ha másikat kapok a listából?
Ha fegyvert akarok, akkor kell vagy 2000 shard mire megkapom? Amúgy is ez lenne

Szkeptikus vagyok a valóságtartalmát illetően, csak azért, mert valaki bevágott egy screenshotot, 282 milliárd golddal
Szerintem ez hülyeség, és ha a kép valódi, akkor a legendaryk multiboxolással készültek / masszív botting farmolta a blood shardot az accountnak, etc
