I was playing unranked 5v5 as thunderbringer. I went against a 'smurf' 1624 mmr 11wins - 3 losses. Account name is AlphaJay.

I lost mid to him when he was succubus. He starts talking shit. I call him out to a 1v1, reversed heros. He thinks he's good and offers 100$ pp for the 1v1.

I rape him. He logs off. -.-

No point to this thread. Just wanted to vent it out. I told him succubus is probably the #1 mid hero in the game and he says "no im just better and i raped you mid"

Of course succu will rape a TB. It pretty much beats anything in a pure 1v1.

I think lots of heroes like a a soulstealer would actually beat it in a real 5v5, because you can easily outfarm it just be nuking waves and going jungle. If she tries to dive you or ulti you, teammates tping should be able to save you.

I completely agree. It's just annoying when players win mid with an obvious hero thats gonna win mid starts talking shit. I tell him the reason and he thinks hes better. He may or may not be. I dont know, only a ss vs ss match would determine.

And not only that, its a team game so 1v1's are just for whos better in laning without help. I was trying to explain to the guy that succubus is OP mid and he thinks he has the right to talk smack. I owned him with our heroes reversed. He logs off.

It shouldn't really bother you. If you want to address every retard you meet in video games or life you'll end up any 80 year old man and still not even be close to finished. Best way to deal with someone like that is just ignore them, do your thing, and try to win the game. Trash talking back is fun of course, but if it starts affecting your play or annoying you it's best to just not say anything at all.

I seriously think the vast majority of HoN players could improve their winrate by 1-5% if they just never said anything in game other than maybe "i mid" or "give me a tango" or "let's push". If you think that's a little farfetched, think about this. A while ago I made a smurf account and played solo games where I played as well as I could, but also trolled by typing like a complete retard and flaming every enemy player, especially the person I was facing mid. Some people literally stopped playing and just sat at fountain so they could type rage essays back to me. Pretty sure they had a chance to win too if they just played normally and ignored me.
