every game I'm picking rhapsody, demented shaman, witch slayer, etc going full wards, upgraded courier, counter wards

I have gone from 1725 to 1540

A lot of the games I'm setting up my lane partner to have good farm. Some games my lane partner isn't good and we lose. Some games my lane partner is good and we get outmatched

I'm denying at over 20 per game on average, 270 gpm average, and maintaining above a 3:1 kill+assist to death ratio

My wards per game are over 13, not including counter wards of course

I try to alert my team of missing heros even from lanes that aren't mine, set up ganks, always carry tp..

Yet I've lost just over 60% of my games

This is normal, especially in HoN. Carry / mid heroes are way higher impact and have a lower error threshold. Your efforts are wasted securing lane farm for someone likely to miss enough free creeps and feed unnecessarily enough times to still make him poor regardless of how much help he's getting. If you want to play pure support find a decent carry players you can rely on, then queue as 2.
