All I know about that hero is that you get a free tablet/force staff at level 1. It's the stupidest shit ever, promotes really defensive play from level 1.

it's better than a tablet, because you don't just push teh hero forward, you pick a direction.

kind of like grinex's stun. excet you don't jump on them as well.

Just because rally isnt fun doesnt mean idiots dont pick him all the time, and picking salf to counter mk mid is ok i guess but then he just roams he's a great ganker
