He's been out for a few weeks now, but has everyone played him?
I just started playing him and he's really useful maybe even slightly overpowered but nothing compared to pred/devo/etc
Q and E make him so powerful as a melee and the ult of course is a signature move.
If you haven't played him yet, you should give him a try
