Also when you assrape people (mid) below 1700, basically 8 out of 10 just start calling you whatever they can come up with.

LOL I never play mid anymore but thinking about the HoN days brings back memories. I remember I would make smurfs for the 1600-1700 bracket (the one where people are awful but think they're good), and then go mid. I would purposely play awful for the first five minutes, feeding bloodlust, missing exp and creeps, giving opponent free runes, etc. He would trash talk ofc. thinking he'd won the game. I'd then just default back to playing normal, would get some exp mid, roam around the map killing sidelanes, and would maybe even kill mid if he was bad enough to die solo. When the enemy team starting losing they'd inevitably blame their mid (typical HoN mentality) and then I'd chime in and say "oh yeah I beat that dude mid hard". This would fuck with the guys emotions so hard because winning mid then losing the game AND having people believe you lost mid was like the worst thing that could happen to a pub 1600. Got probably the most rage out of anyone by doing this.

but the biggest facepalm i have there is when people start insulting their own team mates, for any reason.
it is a TEAM BASED GAME. insulting your own team makes them worse, not better. why wouldn't you just help them? is it possible that you are insecure about your own playing? you are forcing the blame onto someone else to avoid facing the feeling that perhaps YOU are part of the reason your team is losing?

on a side note, i actually love playing with kids. their voices on the mics are so funny. i mute them like 2 mins in bevause it gets annoying but its funny when it sounds like you're playing with a nymph.

I really miss our ophelia + random carry games, where I'd farm a 20 min doombringer and buy it on courier, you pick it up and it's GG from there basically. Those games were awesome in terms of rage-inducing.

What also really cracks me up is just trashtalking the guy you're owning mid from like the 6 min mark to make him rage hard and make him rage at his teammates. The reactions you get are hilarious.

lol those games were fun. I find it hilarious you could actually do that though, ideally the Doombringer should be disabled unless you're picking it up from an enemy hero. The best thing to do was get Flint, farm linkens, get 20 min DB, then push straight through mid and get rax then fountain camp with your 875 range. If enemy is at all caught off guard by your Doombringer pickup and don't see it in your inventory, you can surprise them and easily 5 man wipe them.
