This may have been asked alot I just want to know for sure.
Can I get harkens blade and symbol of rage and use them both. Not at the same time.
For example use harkons blade first then if I'm low on life turn it off and il start using the lifesteal.

Basically just switching te modifiers on and off.

1) the active of symbol is NOT an attack modifier, so the active always works, also with harkons
2) however, the passive 25% lifesteal of symbol is an attack modifier and this only works when you turn off harkons blade

3) yes you change inbetween attack modifiers
