After the latest patch my HoN keeps chrasing "not answering" on startup, I don't even get to the S2 Monkey.
Anyone else experienced this, or might have a solution for it?

same thing happened to me. reinstalled with the new ver from the website and it worked fine.

i just moved back in time on my computer, if you know how I mean.
and let it repatch, worked

Maybe it works to only delete the personal files and start the game

Okay, it worked fine just until Friday after it patch. But now it's wrong again, guess another re-install will work, gonna hate this game after each patch..
